After selecting the interface (or the device in case of status viewing) it is possible to access the specific
configuration, status and test functions of the equipment, which is described below.
• Port Configuration Menus
One of the port configuration menus is shown in screen below. These port configuration menus provide a
few functions in common, such as:
− Slot - Port - Type: Below the menu description (Card Settings in the example), there is a
description of the interface that is being configured. Besides the Slot / Port where the
card is inserted, the interface type is indicated. One should note that modular aggregate
interfaces are placed in slots AG1 and AG2, while the others remain separate according
to type (starting at slot 3).

• Function keys:
− Arrows: Alternate among the options on the screen.
− Enter: Saving settings on user memory.
− Esc: Discards changes and exits screen.
