Tab / Spacebar: Changes the value of each configuration field. The Tab key shows the
next option while the spacebar shows the previous option, making selection from long
lists of options easier.
Page Up / V: Change to Previous Port or Previous Card in case the current port is the
first among the available ones in the interface. It is equivalent to "Enter", saving the
configurations on the user memory. This option is especially useful when correlated
interfaces (such as tributary E1 slot 3, port 16 and tributary V.35) are being configured.
In some VT100 emulations (as in the hyperterminal), the Page Up and Page Down keys
are not coded correctly; in such cases, the V and N keys should be used.
Page Down / N: Change to Next Port or Next Card in case the current port is the last
one among the available ports in the interface. It is equivalent to "Enter", saving the
configurations on the user memory.
3.10.3. Tributary Table
In this table, the user is able to select to which physical interfaces the available E1 channels will be
directed. The channels that are not automatically allocated by tributaries are passed on to the aggregate
as they are received (PassThrough option, indicated by the symbol ““ ).
The tributary type selection is done through the SPACEBAR and TAB scrolling keys. In order to change
the position of the cursor in the table, the arrows should be used.
It is important to note that the table only deals with the channels used by tributaries in the aggregate table.
The specific configurations of these very tributaries must be done separately in the corresponding menus.
Whenever there is a conflict between two active interfaces, one of them will be deactivated when the user
uses an activation or consistency verification command.

The allowed interface types are:
Tributaries G.703: The active channels automatically receive the signals removed from the
aggregate and insert data in the determined position inside the aggregate.
G1, G2, G3, G4: Available in DM4E1 only. It indicates which position in the tributary
table corresponds to the physical E1 (G.703) that carries the number contained in a
given symbol.
G: Available in DM16E1 only. It indicates that the position marked in the table is being
directed to the physical tributary that carries the corresponding numbering.
Tributary V.35 (V): Channel used for interface V.35.
