WARNING:
"Before touching the chassis, interface modules, MPUs or FAN modules a grounded electrostatic dis-
charge (ESD) wrist strap should be used to prevent damage by the electrostatic contained in human body."
You can find ESD wrist strap in installation kit.
Look the following picture that shows how to put a ESD wrist strap in DM4004:
