11 Remove the nine screws (M3x5) that secure the system board to the display-assembly base.
12 Lift the system board o the display-assembly base.
Procedure
NOTE
: The following procedure only applies to computers shipped with Full High Denition (FHD) displays.
1 Disconnect the power-adapter port cable from the system board.
2 Disconnect the display-backlight cable from the system board.
3 Disconnect the camera cable from the system board.
4 Using the pull tab, disconnect the fan cable from the system board.
5 Using the pull tab, disconnect the I/O-board cable from the system board.
6 Disconnect the I/O-board power cable from the system board.
7 Disconnect the headset-port board cable from the system board.
8 Disconnect the speaker cable from the system board.
9 Disconnect the microphones cable from the system board.
10 Open the latch, and disconnect the power-button board cable from the system board.
11 Peel the tape and press the securing clips to disconnect the display cable from the system board.
12 Disconnect the touchscreen cable from the system board.
