Example AS40 Program Commands
AS40 Program Command Notes:
1. Close the ICS-900 RELAY OUT 1, which is connected to the AS40
LOAD relay. This signals the AS40 to load the sample.
2. Zero the baseline.
3. Start data acquisition.
4. Switch the valve to Inject for 30 seconds.
5. Stop data acquisition.
3.12 Maintenance
This section describes routine maintenance procedures for the ICS-900 that users
may perform. All other maintenance procedures must be performed by Dionex
personnel.
As Needed
• Make fresh eluent.
• Regularly check the eluent bottle and refill it when needed.
• Every time you refill the eluent bottle, also empty the regenerant bottle, rinse
it, and refill it with fresh regenerant. Reset the Eluent Remaining slider on
the ICS-900 Control panel (see page 29
).
