6. The new user will now be added to the user list. The default password will
be the same as the username.
7. The "PASSWORD" field will now be active. To change the default password,
press ENTER to activate the virtual keypad.
8. Enter the password using the keyboard. Use the arrow keys to navigate
through the keyboard and press ENTER to select an alphanumeric value
(maximum of 8 characters).
9. Once the password is entered navigate to the OK button and press ENTER.
10. To change the "GROUP" setting, navigate to this field using the arrows keys.
Set the desired group privilege for the user by using the + and – buttons to
toggle between “USER” and “MANAGER”.
Changing the Privileges of an Existing Account
The operator logged into the system must be part
of the Manager group to modify an existing user.
1. Using the arrow keys scroll through the fields until the “GROUP” field is
highlighted for the desired user. Toggle between USER and MANAGER using
the + or – buttons.
Changing a Password
The operator logged into the system must be part
of the Manager group to change a password.
1. Using the arrow keys scroll through the fields until the “PASSWORD” field is
highlighted for the desired user.
2. Press ENTER.
3. The virtual keyboard screen will be displayed. Enter the username using
the keyboard. Use the arrow keys to navigate through the keyboard and
press ENTER to select an alphanumeric value (maximum of 8 characters).
4. Once the username is entered navigate to the OK button and press ENTER.
