probable short on the circuit.

Check the unit for any shortages
starting from the power switch,
transformer, wiring and the system
circuit boards.

Check that the circuit breaker for that
particular line outlet is not underrated
as specified.

Check that the circuit breaker for that
particular line outlet is turned on.
No main
power
Main outlet
Check that the unit is plugged in a
regular outlet without ground fault
interrupters (this will cause the outlet
to trip during heating due to overload).
Check with an electrician.

Measure if there is input voltage
coming into the transformer primaries
(115v or 2202v).
