M1-33T Cutback speed 2 (I/O 5-6 set to Speed) “Speed2”
The function of this parameter is dependent on the setting of “M3-5TI/O Pin 5 and 6 ”Sp/In/Ad”” in the Controller Set-up
menu, which sets whether pins 5 and 6 are used as speed limiting inputs or inching control inputs or advanced mode.
If set to 0 (Speed Limits), then “Speed 2” sets the maximum speed of the vehicle when the switch connected to input 6
on 35way connector is open. The speed limit is not applied when the switch is closed or a lower speed limit is in operation.
If set to 1 (Inching), this set is not active
If set to 2 (Advanced Mode), then “Speed 2” sets the maximum speed of the vehicle when the switches connected to
inputs 5 and 6 are configured to select Drive Style 2 (refer to Control set up “M3-5TI/O Pin 5 and 6 ”Sp/In/Ad”” for
configuration details).
If set to 3 (Speed Limit and footbrake switch), this set is not active.
M1-34T Inching time (I/O 5-6 set to Inching) “InchTime”
The function of this parameter is dependent on the setting of “M3-5TI/O Pin 5 and 6 ”Sp/In/Ad”” in the Controller Set-up
menu, which sets whether pins 5 and 6 are used as speed limiting inputs or inching control inputs or advanced mode.
If set to 0 (Speed Limits),this set is not active
If set to 1 (Inching), then “Inching Time” sets the time for which the vehicle will move (in either directions) when a switch
connected to pin 5 or pin 6 of 35-way connector is closed. The vehicle will not inch when the switch is open.
If set to 2 (Advanced Mode), this set is not active.
If set to 3 (Speed Limit and footbrake switch), this set is not active.
M1-35T Acceleration delay 2 “Accel2”
M1-36T Deceleration delay 2 “Decel2”
M1-37T Maximum Drive Torque 2 (Torque Mode Only) “MxDrTrq2”
M1-38T Neutral Brake Torque 2 (Torque Mode Only) “NBrkTrq2”
M1-39T Neutral brake ramp time 2 “NBrkRmp2”
M1-40T Direction Brake torque 2 (Torque Mode Only) “DBrkTrq2”
M1-41T Direction brake ramp time 2 “DBrkRmp2”
M1-42T Foot Brake Torque 2 (Torque Mode Only) “FBrkTrq2”
M1-43T Foot brake ramp time 2 “FBrkRmp2”
These settings are active when Advanced drive mode is selected from controller setup “M3-5TI/O Pin 5 and 6 ”Sp/In/Ad””.
They define the corresponding ramp times and torque levels for the different situations (driving and
neutral/foot/direction braking) when the switches connected to inputs 5 and 6 are configured to select Drive Style 2 (refer
to Control set up “M3-5TI/O Pin 5 and 6 ”Sp/In/Ad”” for configuration details).
M1-44T Cutback speed 3 (I/O 7 set to speed3) “Speed3”
This parameter is active if “M3-6T I/O Pin 7 ”Spd3/Hbk”” is set to 0. If so, “Speed Limit 3” sets the maximum speed of the
vehicle when the switch connected to input 7 on 35way connector is open. The speed limit is not applied when the switch
is closed or a lower speed limit is in operation.
M1-45T Handbrake On maximum Speed (I/O 7 set to Handbrake) “HandBrk”
This parameter is active if “M3-6T I/O Pin 7 ”Spd3/Hbk”” is set to 1. If so, “HandBrk” sets the maximum speed of the
vehicle when the switch connected to input 7 on 35way connector is closed. The speed limit is not applied when the
switch is open or a lower speed limit is in operation.
Please note that even if this parameter is set to 0Hz the controller will continue to pulse if the switch connected “Pin 7
Speed Limit 3 / Handbrake -- Pump Inhibit” is closed and it is demanded to drive. This is designed to avoid rollback on
gradients.
M1-46T Maximum Drive Torque speed 3 (I/O 7 set to Handbrake) “MxDrTrq3”
This parameter is active if 3.6 I/O Pin 7 ”Spd3/Hbk” is set to 1. If so, “MxDrTrq3” sets the maximum drive torque when
the switch connected to input 7 on 35way connector is closed. The torque limit is not applied when the switch is open or
a lower torque limit is in operation.
M1-47T Speed limit ramp “SpLimRmp”
This parameter is active only in torque mode.
This sets the time taken to decelerate from maximum speed to zero speed when a speed limit (1,2 or 3) is activated.
The speed limit ramp time is applied only if the actual motor speed is higher than speed limit one.
Speed limit ramping is not applied when speed limit is removed.
M1-48T Drive torque reduction time “DTrqRtm”
This parameter is active only in torque mode.
This sets the time taken to ramp down from full driving torque to zero torque when a brake operation is required
(direction, footbrake, neutral). Increasing the value gives a smoother but longer transition from drive to braking.
