Displaying the measured maximum temperature
➤ Press the button.
✓ On the display, Hi is briefly displayed, followed by the measured and stored tem-
perature.

➤ Press the button.
✓ On the display, “Lo” is briefly displayed, followed by the measured and stored
temperature.

NOTE
The control unit stores the measured maximum and minimum tempera-
tures. This gives you information about the storage conditions of the
food in the loading area.
