Instructions for Use Oxylog 2000 plus SW 1.n
In the event of a gas failure
In the event of an internal power failure
CAUTION
In the event of a gas failure, the Oxylog 2000 plus
cannot continue ventilation and issues the alarm
!! Supply pressure low.
Immediately start ventilating the patient with an
independent manual ventilation device (resuscita-
tion bag) using PEEP and/or increased inspiratory
oxygen concentration where appropriate.
WARNING
In the event of an internal power failure, auto-
matic ventilation, volume measurement and
alarms do not operate!
An audible alarm goes off to indicate the inter-
nal power failure.
Spontaneous breathing can continue through
the emergency air intake.
Immediately start ventilating the patient with
an independent manual ventilation device
(resuscitation bag) using PEEP and/or
increased inspiratory oxygen concentration
where appropriate.
