How to fix Draytek VigorPro 5300 if ISP settings are not OK?
- JJonathan AcostaAug 11, 2025
To fix ISP settings that are not OK on your Draytek Network Router: * Ensure the ISP settings are configured correctly. * If using PPPoE, verify that the Enable option is selected and that the Username and Password are correct. * If using Static or Dynamic IP, ensure the Enable option is selected. * If you specify an IP address, confirm that the IP Address, Subnet Mask, and Gateway match the values provided by your ISP. * If using PPTP, check that the Enable option is selected and verify the IP address for the PPTP Server.
