6. CONVEYANCE BRIDGE SECTION
Sends paper ejected from inside the machine to the downstream processing unit.
The guide angle of the ejection section can be finely adjusted.
6-1. Replacing the Paper Ejection Sensor and Microswitch
(1) Remove the door cover and connection of the open stopper of the bridge door, and remove the whole door from
the bridge frame B.
(2) Remove the guide lower to replace.
6-2. Adjusting the Magnet Catcher
The closed state of the bridge door is determined by the position at which the rubber plate touches the top of the
bridge cover F. To adjust the magnet catcher, the bridge cover F (thickness 1 mm (0.04")) must be removed. Place 1
mm (0.04") thick plate instead of the bridge cover F, and close the bridge door until the rubber plate touches the 1 mm
(0.04") thick plate. In this state, secure the magnet catcher at the position where it attracts the bridge door firmly.
6-3. Greasing the Secondary Conveyance Roller
This roller is pre-greased. When the grease runs out, a whistle-like buzzer is sounded.
Remove the door cover first before greasing.
