1-11. Paper Feed Tray A (B) Suction Valve Solenoid
Solenoid for driving the suction valve. Uses a DC +24 V power.
1-12. Reversal Switching Solenoid
Solenoid for driving the reversal switching section. Uses a DC +24 V power.
1-13. Reversal Clutch 1 (2)
Electromagnetic clutch for transmitting drive to reverse paper. Uses a DC +24 V power.
1-14. Reversal Sensor
Sensor for detecting passage of paper to reverse paper. Uses a photointerrupter.
1-15. Reversal Counter
Counts up with each reversal operation. Uses a DC +24 V power.
1-16. Upper Door, Lower Door, Bridge Door Switches
Normal open microswitch. When the door is closed, contact is established. This switch is connected to the control coil
of the relay mounted to the MC unit. As it is connected in this way, operating the microswitch opens and closes the
relay contact. When the upper door, lower door, or bridge door is opened, the DC +24 V supplied to the driving section
is cut off.
1-17. Paper Size Detection Sensor 1 (2)
Sensor for detecting paper size. Uses a photointerrupter.
1-18. Paper Ejection Switch
Uses a magnetic proximity switch. Located at the paper ejection section, used for detecting paper tip, end, and jams
caused by paper remaining in the machine.
1-19. Paper Feed Tray A (B) Level Sensor
Sensor for detecting the position of the paper on the paper feed tray A (B). Uses a photointerrupter.
1-20. Paper Feed Tray A (B) Double-feed Detection Sensor
Sensor for detecting the double-feeding, mis-feeding, and paper jam at the paper feed tray A (B). Uses a
photointerrupter.
1-21. Paper Feed Tray A (B) No-paper Detection Sensor
Sensor for detecting whether there is paper on the paper feed tray A (B). Uses a photointerrupter.
