6.3 Servicing the pneumatic system
6.3.1 Setting the operating pressure
Proper setting
Refer to the Technical data ( p. 39) chapter for the permissible operating
pressure. The operating pressure cannot deviate by more than ± 0.5 bar.
Check the operating pressure on a daily basis.

To set the operating pressure:
1. Pull the pressure controller (1) up.
2. Turn the pressure controller until the pressure gage (2) indicates the
proper setting:
• Increase pressure = turn clockwise
• Reduce pressure = turn counterclockwise
3. Push the pressure controller (1) down.
NOTICE
Property damage from incorrect setting!
Incorrect operating pressure can result in damage to the machine.
Ensure that the machine is only used when the operating pressure
is set correctly.
