Setting the vacuum intensity (only possible in combination with
tape feeder)

To set the vacuum intensity:
1. Loosen the screw (2).
2. Move the slide (3).
• Less vacuum: Move the slide backwards
• More vacuum: Move the slide forwards
3. Tighten the screw (2).
4.20 Sewing
4.20.1 Start sewing
To start the sewing process:
1. Press the pedal forwards.
The various steps of the positioning sequence are triggered succes-
sively by actuating the left pedal several times.
2. For positioning corrections:
• Press the pedal back.
The last step of the positioning sequence is canceled. The workpiece
can be positioned again.
3. Press the pedal forwards.
The sewing procedure is started.
