4.18.1 Folder monitor (745-35-10 A only)

The folder used is monitored by sensors S11 (2) and S12 (1). The sensors
are actuated by an indexing angle that is fastened at the folder/pick-up
folder.
Transport clamp setup
Single pipe left
Sensor S11 (2) is active. The outer position must be set for the left trans-
port clamp position .
Single pipe right
Sensor S12 (1) is active. The outer position must be set for the right trans-
port clamp position .
Double pipe
None of the sensors is active .
Faulty transport clamp setup
If the sewing program launches with a faulty transport clamp setup, the
display shows, for example, the following message:
Info 9014
.
Correction of faulty transport clamp setup
To correct a faulty transport clamp setup:
1. Press the left pedal back.
 The error message is canceled.
2. Select another seam program.
OR
3. Change the setting in the seam program.
