1. CPU Basic Function Test
This test item is to check whether theCPU works normally through math and
logic calculation, which meansverifying the general registers, math registers and
logic registers.
2. CPU FPU Function Test
This test item is to check whether the precision of the numeric processorin the
float calculation is up to the IEEE standards.
