3.2.8 FAN Test
This test item tests if the two statusof fan are normal: Stop andFastSpeed.
In auto-test mode,it judges if the actual fan speedcorrespondto the setting to confirm
if the testresult is PASSor FAIL.
This test moduleis to checkwhetherFAN work normally.
