2. Adding a sub-item
Click on the item you wanted to add a sub-item, enter a diagnosis sub-item, such as bb in the
textbox, and then click on the Add button. The added sub-item will be displayed under aa.
3. Deleting an item
Click on the item you wanted to delete on the Edit Diagnosis Template interface, and then click
on the Delete button to delete this item.
4. Save the settings
Click on the Save button to save these modifications.
