Oxygen - when the pump is purged by an inert gas, oxygen can be pumped at a
concen
traon above 20% by volume. Refer to Purge gas specicaon on page 28
for purge gas specicaon. If the pump is not purged, the oxygen concentraon
must be less than 20% by volume.
Water vapour - Make sure that the vapour does not condense in the pump. Refer
to Water cooling on page 61.

3.9 Logic int
erface connector
The pump has 15way logic interface connector at the end of the logic interface cable.
You can plug the logic interface connector into the manufacturer's TIC Turbo
Instrument Controller or TIC Turbo Controller. Use applicable connector mang half (not
supplied) to connect the pump to the customer equipment. Refer to Table: Logic
interface technical data for the connector mang half type, Table: Logic interface
