A yellow Help balloon appears in the Quick Access tab to remind users to customize the tab. The yellow balloon disappears once users
customize the tab (or they can choose to close the balloon box without customizing the tab). By using the Quick Access tab in Job
Properties, operators can collect their most frequently used settings for fast and convenient printing with a single click on one tab.
