Operation Guide Flatpack MCU,

4.11.1 System Configuration
The system is configured according to the following options:
Nom. Voltage - This parameter specifies the nominal voltage for 24V, 48V or 60V systems. It is essential to check the
system voltage before making changes. Entering the wrong system voltage can cause damage to the load equipment,
or cause the rectifiers to go into over-voltage shutdown.
System, Rectifier Type and MaxModules settings are not used in Flatpack systems and are greyed out
(disabled).
Enable function
On/Off
Enables or disables the rectifier On / Off function on the system. When disabled, the rectifiers cannot be
switched off from either the front panel of the monitoring unit, or from a local/remote computer.
Battery Fuse
Enables or disables the battery fuse alarm input.
Symmetry Alarm 1
Enables symmetry monitoring of battery strings using the internal Flatpack MCU hardware.
Symmetry Alarm 2
Enables symmetry monitoring of battery string(s) by externally connected hardware.
Auto Boost
Autoboost can be activated or deactivated. If activated, the autoboost will be a menu choice in the
battery menu under Service access level. Autoboost is initiated after mains failure or battery test.
Front Keyboard
Allows disabling the MCU keypad, to prevent unauthorized use. This feature is enabled (MCU keypad
functionality is enabled) by default.
No Rect. Alarm During Mains Alarm
When enabled, Rectifier Failure and Critical Rectifier Fail alarms are masked during a Mains Fail
condition.
Auto Battery Test
When enabled, a Battery Test will be initiated upon a mains failure.
Service Warning
When enabled, a service warning will appear when the service warning date is set. This warning has the same
properties as any other alarms and can be linked to any relay output.
LVD 1 / LVD 2 / LVD3
Set up features for Low Voltage Disconnect units (contactors). Contains features that define setup (battery
or load) and type of contactor(s) installed.
LVD 1 = LVD control output 1
LVD 2 = LVD control output 2
LVD 3 = LVD control output 3 (Relay 11 output signal from Flatpack MCU microcontroller).
Load Contactor/Battery Contactor
Defines the set up of the disconnect unit installed and determines the alarm message (battery disconnect
or load disconnect) that will appear if the disconnect is activated.
