The external EMC filter details for each drive rating are provided in the table below.

The external EMC filters for size 3 can be footprint or bookcase mounted, see Figure 3-39 and Figure 3-40.
Mount the external EMC filter following the guidelines in section 4.12.5 Compliance with generic emission standards on page 74.
