Making Advanced settings
Note:
In the Windows 3.1 driver, the names of the buttons on the Main menu
differ from those described here. The
Custom
radio button appears as
the
Advanced
radio button, and the
Advanced
button appears as
the
More Settings
button.
The settings in the Advanced dialog box give you complete
control over your printing environment. Use these settings to
experiment with new printing ideas or to fine-tune a range of
print settings to meet your individual needs. Once you are
satisfied with your new settings, you can give them a name and
add them to the Custom Settings list on the Main menu.
Follow the instructions in this section to make Advanced settings.
Note:
The printer driver screens that appear in this procedure are for
Windows 98 and 95. The Windows 3.1, 2000, and NT 4.0 printer driver
screens differ slightly in appearance. The instructions for the
Windows 3.1 printer driver differ as noted below.
