Ignition Angle
Description
Ignition timing is the process of igniting the fuel-air mixture in the cylinder before the piston has
reached top dead center (TDC). ... The ignition timing angle is the angle at which the crankshaft
rotates from the time when the spark plug is energized until the piston is TDC.
Note: Positive value is degrees before TDC.
