Misfire (B284)
Description
Misfire is the result of incomplete combustion (or zero combustion) inside one or more of an
engine's cylinders. And to the driver, the problem will usually feel like hesitation, shaking or jerking
when the car is running.
On B284 the engine misfire counters resets after a number of successful combustions (typically
within seconds) and eSID3 presents both the current counter values (all six in one view, only
available as Favorite view and not present under the Powertrain Group) and additionally eSID3
accumulates the counter values so they can be seen at a later occasion (two views, one for cylinder
1-3 and one for 4-6).
