Description
eSID3 shows the Diesel Particle Filter status to know when the Engine Control Module is about to
perform a regeneration. If eSID3 is active, it will switch automatically to this view when a Regen is
started
So Soot mass ratio in DPF

DiffP Diff Pressure over the DPF
ET1 Exhaust Temperature before the DPF
ET2 Exhaust Temperature after the DPF
