Solving Common Problems
Batteries are not
recharging.
Ambient temperature is too
high or too low.
Make sure that the
temperature in the location
where you recharge the
batteries is within the
specifications
The AC adapter or the
power cord is not
connected properly.
For FTB-2 and FTB-2 Pro
units: Make sure that the
AC adapter is connected to
the unit and that the AC
power cord is connected
to both the adapter and the
AC outlet.
For FTB-4 units: Make sure
that the power cord is
connected properly to the
unit and to the AC outlet.
