5.5 SETUP
The setup procedure consists of a series of movements
during which the board acquires the angle of rotation
of the beam and other operating parameters which
allow motor slowdowns and acceleration ramps to be
managed correctly. The setup procedure also registers
the BUS 2easy devices that are present.
The system needs to be setup
- When the automation system is first started
- When the board has been replaced
- Each time the display shows
50 flashing and the
automation system does not work
Setup procedure
The SETUP MUST be performed:
- with the mains power switched on
- with the automation locked
- with the STOP/EMR inputs not active
To carry out the setup:
1. Bring the automation to the fully closed position
using parameter
Mt in BASIC programming (see
§ 5.4).
2. Select the parameter
tL in Basic Programming,
then press buttons
++ and
--
at the same time
until the automation starts to open slowly. The
-- symbol flashes on the display.
3. On reaching the fully open position, the automa-
tion system will stop automatically.
4. The automation will then start the beam closing
movement.
5. On reaching the closed position, the automation
system will stop automatically.
6. Press button F to exit the procedure, and con-
firm you wish to save the data with parameter
St. Make sure that the status of the automation
system shown on the display is
00 (closed) and
that the beam is in the closed position.
