If necessary, a torque wrench and the FASTENING
TORQUE will be specified.
E.g.: SPANNER 6 set at 2.5 Nm.

3.1 INSTALLING THE FOUNDATION PLATE
The product must be installed with the foundation
plate.
1. Make a hole in the ground according to the founda-
tion layout diagram in the appendix ( 1).
2. Fill it with concrete, allowing the cable conduits to
protrude by approximately 20 cm.
3. Assemble the foundation plate.
4. Place the plate in the centre of the foundation,
leaving its surface uncovered.

Make sure that you install the plate the right way
round. The cable conduits must be placed at one
of the sides () of the space provided on the base
of the barrier and not in the centre () of the slot for
encumbrance reasons.
5. Check the plate is horizontal using a spirit level.
6. Clean the concrete off the surface of the plate and
the nuts with washers so they can be removed
when necessary.
7. Wait for the concrete to set.
