The current notifications can be viewed on the B680H display (e.g. Er 07, or multiple notifica-
tions e.g.
Er 07 16):
- when the board is not in the programming menus, press
++ and

at the same time.

Accessories power supply fault
Check the accessories connection for short circuits. Check the current drawn
by the connected accessories and that maximum indicated load is not excee-
ded. Switch the power off and on again. If the problem persists, replace the
control board.

Motor Fault
Motor disconnected or short-circuited. Check the wiring. If the problem
persists, replace the motor.

Encoder failure
Make sure that the encoder is connected properly. If the problem persists,
replace the encoder.

Access breakout Access breakout. Re-arm the beam.

Failsafe test failed
Device Failsafe test failed. Check the connections, programming, and that the
safety devices are working correctly.

Consecutive obstacles in closing
The maximum number of consecutive obstacles in closing has been rea-
ched. Remove the obstacle. If the problem persists, repeat the SETUP.

Movement time-out
The movement is in timeout. Check the manual release. If the problem
persists, replace the board or motor.

BUS 2easy device fault/conflict Check the addresses of the devices.

Short circuit/overload on BUS 2easy
Check the connections of the BUS 2easy devices that are connected and
registered.

SETUP incorrect/missing Perform SETUP.

Emergency input active Check the emergency input.

Maintenance request Scheduled maintenance should be carried out.

Beam obstacle detected
An obstacle that prevents the beam from moving has been detected. Remove
the obstacle.
