the supervision. Kindly refer Chapter-5- DPF
Regeneration strategies.
2.7. Warranty
This tractor is warranted under the E-KUBOTA.
Limited Express Warranty, a copy of which may be
obtained from your selling Dealer / Distributor. No
warranty shall, however, apply if the tractor has not
been handled according to the instruction given in the
Operator's Manual even it is within the warranty
period.
Correct installation, coupled with regular maintenance,
will do much to prevent breakdowns. If, however,
operating trouble is experienced during the warranty
period, the following procedure must be adopted:-
Immediately notify the Dealer from whom you
purchased the tractor, quoting the Model and Serial
Number. It is most important that there should be no
delay, and you should realize that, even where the
original failure is covered by warranty .
If the failure is not repaired immediately, warranty
cover may not apply. Provide your Dealer with as
much background information as you can.
It will help him to know how many hours service has
been achieved, the type of work on which you are
engaged and the symptoms of the trouble.
It should be noted that normal maintenance services
such as tuning, brake/clutch adjustments, and the
supply of materials used to service the tractor (oil,
lters, fuel and antifreeze) are not covered by terms of
the warranty.
2.7.1 Parts Warning
The tment of non genuine parts may result in a part of
substandard quality being used. The tractor
manufacturer will not take the responsibility for any
loss, damage or liability resulting from the tment of
such parts, and, if tted during the normal warranty
period the manufacturer's guarantee may be
invalidated.
CAUTION : Parts replacement like- ECU, DPF,
injectors requires recalibration which must be done by
authorized Farmtrac dealer.
2.7.2.Service After Warranty
During the warranty period, you should have all your
repairs and maintenance performed by your dealer.
This ensures that a detailed check is kept on the
progress and performance of your new tractor.
In order to obtain the best results from your tractor it is
important that regular maintenance and service
checks continue after the warranty period has expired.

SAFE OPERATION
10. Securely support the tractor when either changing
wheels or adjusting the wheel track width.
13. Make sure that wheel bolts have been tightened to
the specied torque.
14. Do not work under any hydraulically supported
devices. They can settle, suddenly leak down, or
be accidentally lowered. If it is necessary to work
under tractor or any machine elements for
servicing or adjustment, securely support them
with stands or suitable blocking beforehand.
15. Escaping hydraulic uid under pressure has
sufficient force to penetrate skin, causing serious
personal injury. Before disconnecting hydraulic
lines, be sure to release all residual pressure.
Before applying pressure to the hydraulic system,
make sure that all connections are tight and that
all lines, pipes, and hoses are free of damage.
16. Stay away from exhaust gases during regeneration
processes. Regeneration occurs inside the DPF
unit which is an exhaust after treatment devices
used to minimize the carbon and Nox emissions.
17. No tempering or modications should be done on
Engine specially on DPF and EGR, it can affect the
emissions as well as engine performance.
18. Proper Management of DPF lter should be done
as per local laws and regulations after it has
reached its limit and replacement is required. DPF
lter change interval is mentioned in Lubrication
and Maintenance section.
19. Do not wash DPF lter assembly when the
temperature of assembly is more than
50°C(120°F)
20. Do not wash DPF assembly using direct jet of
water spray.
