DPF REGENERATION
4.2.4.3 Operating Procedure for Service Assisted Regeneration (Stationary/ Manual Regeneration)
Ÿ Regeneration Operating Procedure
1. Start the engine.
(Make sure that the DPF inhibit switch lamp is OFF).
2. If by any chance earlier DPF lamp indication was missed or driver couldn't perform manual/ parked
regeneration, DPF lamp will start blinking fast.
3. Along with DPF lamp buzzer will start beeping with higher frequency and Service lamp will be turned
ON
4. Engine speed and torque will be de-rated.
5. Stop the work and remove the implement immediately.
6. Slowly take the tractor to Authorised Escorts Service Station
Ÿ In case above action is not performed and tractor is continuously run with above indicators, Service lamp
will start blinking and driver has to immediately take tractor to service station.
IMPORTANT: Once the regeneration level has been reached, immediately perform the required procedure
for regeneration.
Interrupting the regeneration cycle or continued operation by ignoring the warning signs may cause DPF and
engine damage.
