4.2.4.4 . Turbo Engine:
Allow the Engine to run for a few seconds with the starter motors to allow the Turbo compressor to be lubricated.
As soon as the engine starts, accelerate to a 900-1100 RPM rate without increasing further until the engine has
reached the normal operating temperature.
Turn the ignition key to the contact position no. 3. Then turn the Key to the 'START' position Release the key as
soon as the engine fires to and quickly set the accelerator lever to the idling speed.
Do:-
Ÿ Pre lube the turbo after oil / filter change.
Ÿ Only use oil specified by the manufacturer.
Ÿ Oil filters should be as per recommended by the manufacturer.
Ÿ Air filters must remove particles greater than 5 micron in size.
Ÿ Service intervals must be adhered as per lubrication & maintenance chart.
Ÿ WARNING: Do not touch or open the turbo when engine is in operation.
