1.2 Setting the DIL switch elements
The DIL switch is under the cover on the field bus node.
Open and close the cover as follows:
S Opening: Remove the 2 screws in the cover. Lift up the
cover.
S Closing: Place the cover in position and tighten the screws
by hand.
Caution
Tighten the screws of the switch co ver only by hand.
Warning
S Before commissioning:
Make sure that switch elements 3..6 are set at the posi-
tion PROFIBUS-DP.
S During operation:
Do not modify the settings of the DIL switches during oper-
ation.
Y ou will thereby avoid undesired movements of the con-
nected actuators.
