3.4 Error treatment
With the following faults, the behaviour of the CP system de-
pends on the configured behaviour of the master module:
– telegram failure
– master stopped
– interruption in bus cable
Depending on the setting or configuration, all the outputs
(valves and electric outputs) will be switched off or retain
their status.
Warning
S Make sure that the valves and outputs are reset when
the faults named occur.
If the valves and outputs are not reset, this may lead to
dangerous situations.
Please note
Single solenoid valves mo ve to the basic position. Double-
solenoid valves remain in the current position. If mid-posi-
tion functions are implemented with CP valves, these will
move to defined positions (pressurized, exhausted,
blocked).
