3.3 Diagnosis via PROFIBUS-DP
The CP system supports diagnostic possibilities via the PRO-
FIBUS as per EN 50170 (DIN 19245) (the device-specific diag-
nosisissupported).
Please note
The identifer-related or channel-related diagnosis listed in
EN 50170 (DIN 19245) is not supported.
3.3.1 Diagnostic words
The following error states of the CP system are grouped into
diagnostic words and passed on to the controller:
– Failure of load voltage at the output modules
– Short circuit/overload at the output mdules
– Interruption of the CP connection at various CP modules
Additional error messages (DIL switch 2 = ON):
– Failure in load voltage on the CP connection
– Lower voltage tolerance limit of CP valves exceeded
