Diagnostic possibilities
The Festo valve terminal offers extensive diag-
nostic posibilities via the PROFIBUS-DP. The
diagram below shows the steps necessary for
diagnosing the valve terminal. Only those diag-
nostic bits are shown which require a further
diagnostic step.
