29. Using pliers, hook the other end of the extension spring to
the throttle return clip.
Note the location of the extension spring.
30. Secure the throttle return clip to the engine using a screw.
‒ Use 1 M6 screw.
‒ Total 1 location

31. Slightly loosen this nut so that the throttle can move freely
when the gas pedal is pressed.

32. Continue to feed the throttle control cable all the way
through to

33. Secure the throttle control cable using the
throttle cable clamp at the bottom of

‒ Be sure the control cable is taut, before tightening the
throttle clamp.
34. Secure the green cable fully at the start location of the
throttle linkage.
35. Test the gas pedal to ensure proper movement of throttle.
36. Place part 57 over part 56.
Note the location part 57.
37. Secure part 57 to part 56, using sheet metal screws.
‒ Use 4 sheet metal screws.
‒ Total of 4 locations.
38. Place part 58.
Note the location part 58.
39. Secure part 58 to part 57, using sheet metal screws.
‒ Use 4 sheet metal screws.
‒ Total of 4 locations.
