8.6. ISO Calibration Certificate
A device specific calibration certificate is assigned to the individual Endurance pyrometer and
based on DAkkS (German accreditation body). The calibration certificate shows in a detailed
list the device accuracy as deviation values regarding the measurement normal under defined
environmental conditions. In dependence of the Endurance device operation (e.g. smooth,
harsh environment), a periodic re-calibration needs to be taken into account, to guarantee the
measurement stability and accuracy. The calibration is traceable to the International System of
Units (SI) through National Metrological Institutes, such as NIST.
Each calibration task (first and subsequent) have to be ordered as separate line items.
