Does the system
operate in ush mode?
Does the control module
power up in auto mode
and allow for calibration
password to be entered?
Refer to the Error Codes
and Fault Warnings
Troubleshooting Table.
Check +DC voltage to the control
module 12-pin connector pins 1 and 2.
Remove and replace
the control module.
Remove and replace
the control module.
Check ow sensor cable. Remove
and replace the ow sensor.
Check electric valve cables. Use the indicator
located on the valve cover to check position of all
valves. Set valve position using manual adjustment.
Remove and replace inoperable valve.
Check system programming.
Refer to Programming section in the manual
to verify that all Operator P100 Codes and the
OEM/Dealer P300 Codes are set as required.
Perform a ush operation
to prime the pump.
Re-check plumbing and
manual ush valve.
For low ow re-check plumbing. Ensure that
power to pump motor meets requirements.

foam concentrate pump?
