BPS1800
LED Description
+3.3 V Lights up when there is a supply voltage of + 3.3 V DC.
+15 V Lights up when there is a supply voltage of + 15 V
+14.5 V Lights up when there is a supply voltage of + 14.5 V
TX prim. Lights up when data is being transferred from the primary circuit to the
secondary circuit
TX sec. Lights up when data is being transferred from the secondary circuit to
the primary circuit
LED green Flashes if the bootloader is not active
LED red Lights up when the PFC is faulty or is not configured
Status 0 Lights up when the gate driver is deactivated -
does not necessarily indicate a fault (initialisation)
Status 1 Lights up when the welding voltage is below 12 V or the welding cur-
rent is below 3 A
Status 2 Lights up when data is being received from the PFC
Status 3 Lights up when data is being sent to the PFC
ConfigDone Lights up red if the FPGA is not programmed -
either in the bootloader or problem with μC
