4.2 Installing/removing the server in/from the
rack
V CAUTION!
● Follow the safety instructions in chapter “Important information” on
page 25 and section “Rack installation instructions” on page 35.
● The rack can tip over when more than one unit is removed.
V CAUTION!
The server does not have cable management in the rack.
Before removal, all cables connected to the server must be removed from
the sockets. Proceed as follows:
● Exit all applications and shut down the operating system properly.
● Switch off the server.
● Disconnect and remove all cables connected to the server.
● Remove the server.
