Installing the multibay Accessible drives
6.4 Installing the multibay
Ê Open the server and remove the front cover or the rack front cover as
described in the chapter “Preparation” on page 21 et seq..
Ê Remove the dummy cover from one 5.25-inch bay for accessible drives:
Ê Press inward on the two metal tongues of the EasyClick rails until the
locking mechanism disengages.
Ê Remove the dummy cover from the bay.

Ê Release the DVD dummy by pressing the touch point upward (see arrow in
figure 31).
Ê Push the DVD dummy out of the bay in direction of the front side.
Ê Take the dummy out of the frame by extracting sideward the frame until the
four noses of the frame disengage (see figure 25 on page 41).
