Stress Tests: Running a Stress Test
Final Report
Immediately after the end of the stress test, the unit will print the final
report. The scope of this report can be selected in the configuration
menu. The following reports are available.
Graded Summary Report
Patient data
Analysis duration
Duration of pretest, exercise and recovery
Maximum HR, HR at rest
Maximum BP, BP at rest
RPP max.
ST / HR index = quotient of the difference of the ST depression at
peak exercise and at the beginning of exercise and of the difference
between the heart rate values at the same time
ST max. = lead with the max. ST depression of the whole test, the
leads V1, aVR and aVL being excluded
ST recovery = lead with max. ST depression 3 minutes after the end
of the exercise phase, the leads V1, aVR and aVL being excluded
Arrhythmia results: normal beats, artifacts, VBIG, PVC
PWC130, PWC150, PWC170 = watts per kg of body weight at HR
130, 150 and 170 (PWC = physical working capacity, for bicycle
ergometers only)
METS = metabolic equivalent as a multiple of the oxygen
consumption at rest)
Median complexes (rest, peak exercise)
(V [m/min] x (0.1 + (slope [%] / 100) x 1.8) +3.5)
