What to do if my Getac Cell Phone cannot connect to computer via USB?

If your Getac Cell Phone can't establish a USB connection with a computer, ensure both devices are powered on. Check that the USB cable is securely connected directly to both your computer and your device, avoiding USB hubs. Try restarting your device before connecting the cable, and always disconnect it before restarting your computer. If you are connecting to a Windows computer running ActiveSync, disable 'Enable advanced network functionality' by going to Settings ? Connections ? USB to PC.
