Illumination Illumination CH 1 32
If you have a dimmable or non-dimmable lighting fixture, you can use the Illumination channels
to create a light schedule for lighting units in general. For example, if you have a non-dimmable
T5 unit, you can use the each illumination channel to specify when the light(s) will turn on/off.
NOTE
The information below will only cover the basics of Illumination channel
options. For more information on Illumination channels, please refer to page
19 of the ProfiLux 4 Programming Guide.
A. This is where you select if the lighting fixture you’ll use is dimmable or not dimmable
and if this channel will react to elevated temperature readings.
Dimmable: If youre using a dimmable light, check the box. If not, uncheck the
box.
Temp.-dep. Light reduction: Checking this box will shut down this illumination
channel if tank temperature rises above max allowed value.

C. Here is where you create your light schedule.
New: Click to create a new time-point.
Edit: Click to edit an existing time-point.
Delete: Click to delete an existing time-point.
