How to setup Email notification
ProfiLux 4 can be setup to email you under user-defined circumstances. These notifications can
be sent on-schedule or as an event occurs. An email can be sent to any email address if an
alarm is triggered or an alarm is cleared. Email notifications can also be configured to send you
probe readings and changes in level sensor status.
REQUIREMENTS
In order for email notications to work, the ProfiLux 4 must have internet
access. WiFi setup must be completed before proceeding any further.
ProfiLux 4 must also be running on at least these firmware versions:
 ProfiLux 4 firmware: 7.08
 WiFi module firmware: 6407
TIP: Domain mail server
Every email provider has their own domain mail server. A list of email
providers with their domain mail servers and port numbers can be found
here.
