When the phone is active (P710)
The display will inform you of any activity the phone is engaged in. This information is presented in the form of text or
symbols or both.
Info/status bar.
Name of current activity and time.
Context area
Depending on the activity, this area will contain symbols (incoming call ringing, outgoing call, ringing, list entries, etc.) and
text like the phone number calling, the extension number being called, conference partners, etc.. Depending on setting
and context the SmartLabels will or will not be visible.
Function key line
Depending on the current activity of the phone, the function key line will present various functions that can be activated
by pressing the function key underneath the respective symbol.
SmartLabels
The four freely programmable function keys on the right side of the display control the SmartLabels (SmartLabel keys
).(freely programmable function keys) with LEDs (P710)
They can be programmed and labelled on the phone and on the Function Keys page of the phone's web interface. The
factory default setting is line.
