MOVE & INSTALLATION
☞ Vacuum Pump
To generate air to feed substrates.
Pressure for Air Compressor is set in the factory and it is recommended to use it at the setting value.
NOTE : If the pressure status of Vacuum Pump is not good, suction/exhaust has to be checked firstly.
Please ask to a supplier.

NOTE : Connect the Vacuum Pump with the Feeder as the above pictures.
